Scott Aadal’s entrepreneurial journey began as a teenager, when he became known locally as “Scuba Scott — anything underwater but paint.” His love for the ocean led him to become a dive instructor and later a commercial diver, experiences that gave him early exposure to pressurized environments and hyperbaric systems.

In 1992, Scott founded STC from a motel room in Marathon Key, Florida. With no partners, outside financing, or debt, he scaled the company from the ground up to a high-eight-figure company before a private acquisition in 2002.

He went on to build Spark Factory, a successful digital marketing agency (2011–2022), and later Virginia SEO Pros, helping businesses thrive with forward-thinking strategies.

Though Scott has been recognized by publications like Top Doctor Magazine, he is not a physician—and that’s by design. His deep empathy and entrepreneurial vision led him down a different path: creating solutions that blend medical-grade precision with luxury wellness design to help people live healthier, longer, more vibrant lives.

In 2026, Hyperbaric Health Int’l and its investment partners plan to open U.S.-based manufacturing facilities dedicated to the production of next-generation wellness technologies, including mild hyperbaric chambers, cryotherapy pods, and hydrogen-oxygen systems. These facilities will strengthen domestic manufacturing, create American jobs, and ensure higher quality control and faster innovation cycles within the growing wellness industry.

The global wellness industry is undergoing unprecedented expansion, projected to grow from $5.6 trillion in 2024 to more than $8.5 trillion by 2030, according to data from the Global Wellness Institute. This growth is fueled by increasing public awareness of preventive health, longevity science, and holistic recovery technologies like hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red-light therapy, and hydrogen wellness systems. As consumers shift from reactive healthcare to proactive self-optimization, innovative wellness solutions are moving from clinics into homes and performance centers worldwide. Scott’s vision for U.S.-based manufacturing aligns perfectly with this transformation—bridging clinical-grade technology with accessible wellness design to meet the rising demand for safe, effective, and American-made health technologies.

A self-taught engineer and entrepreneur with multiple technical certifications, Scott’s journey has been defined by perseverance. After a life-changing motorcycle accident in 2001 that forced him to relearn how to walk, his determination to overcome adversity became the foundation of his personal motto: “I can.”

Today, as founder of Hyperbaric Health International and the visionary behind the OxyEdge™ line of wellness center products, Scott has guided the development of groundbreaking systems such as the OxyEdge™ Quantum, Orbit, Elite, Revive, Cryosphere, and Slim. More than a product innovator, he is passionate about education and training, building resources that empower physicians, clinicians, and individuals to safely and effectively use wellness equipment and build brands.

With a mission to expand access to cutting-edge wellness technology, Scott continues to lead Hyperbaric Health Int’l as a trusted partner for clinics, wellness centers, and individuals worldwide.
