Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be in its original, unused condition.
- Must include all original packaging and tags.
- Must show no signs of use, setup, or modification.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or purchaser’s full name).
How to Initiate a Return

- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
- Do not send items back without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to proceed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at cs@hyperbarichealth.io so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., chambers or machines with custom logos or special orders).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement once the return is approved.
