OxyEdge™ Warranty
Return & Refund Policy
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and a 12% administrative fee may be applied to the original purchase price. The unit must be professionally crated, insulated, and delivered to our facility in excellent condition at the buyer's expense. Upon receipt, the unit will be inspected and evaluated to determine its current value, which forms the basis of any applicable refund.
Custom Chambers — No Refunds
Custom-built hyperbaric chambers are non-refundable. In the event we elect to evaluate a return, all associated costs — including shipping, crating, administrative fees, and any incidental expenses — are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

OxyEdge™ Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") applies to all OxyEdge™ Hyperbaric Chambers ("Product") purchased from Hyperbaric Health Int'l or an authorized distributor. It defines warranty coverage, limitations, and the responsibilities of both the purchaser and manufacturer.
1. Coverage by Component Type
OxyEdge™ chambers are engineered to exacting standards. Each primary system component carries its own warranty term from the date of purchase unless the Product has been registered online at the time of delivery. If the Product is not registered, the purchase date will automatically be used as the start date of warranty coverage.
| Component | Warranty Period | Coverage Details |
|---|---|---|
| Steel Chamber Body | 5 Years | Covers defects in structural integrity, welds, and frame integrity under normal use. |
| PMMA Acrylic Glass / Windows | 3 Years | Covers cracking, hazing, or delamination under standard environmental conditions. |
| Oxygen Concentrator | 3 Years Residential 2 Years Commercial Facilities | Covers internal components, sensors, and compressor mechanisms under normal operation. Commercial coverage is limited to 2 years due to high-use duty cycles. |
| Air Compressor / Pressurization System | 3 Years Residential 2 Years Commercial Facilities | Covers motors, valves, and regulators; excludes filters and consumables. Commercial coverage is limited to 2 years due to high-use duty cycles. |
| Gaskets & Seals | Consumable — Not Covered | Consumable wear items — not covered under warranty. Periodic replacement is expected under normal use. |
| Filters (Air & Oxygen) | Consumable | Expected replacement every 6 months. Must use OxyEdge™ Certified Filters. Use of non-certified filters voids warranty coverage on related components. |
Maintenance Reminder: Proper upkeep—including replacement of filters and seals at regular intervals—is essential to maintain warranty validity. Use of third-party parts or neglecting filter changes voids coverage for those systems.
2. Non-Transferable Warranty
This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. If ownership of the chamber is transferred, a transfer inspection fee and registration fee must be paid to Thrivepoint Service, LLC before any remaining warranty coverage can be reassigned. Transfer eligibility is subject to factory inspection, approval, and confirmation that only OxyEdge™ Certified Filters and parts have been used.
3. Consumer & Commercial Warranty Terms
OxyEdge™ warranties apply to both consumer and commercial use when operated in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Coverage on the Oxygen Concentrator and the Air Compressor / Pressurization System is limited to 2 years for commercial installations due to high-use duty cycles. All other components and warranty terms apply equally to consumer and commercial use.
