WARRANTY COVERAGE STATEMENT

The warranty coverage for products is administered by Nationwide Developers, LLC. Each product includes a comprehensive after-service period, designed to uphold quality and ensure customer satisfaction. The warranty period begins on the purchase invoice date, providing reliable and transparent coverage aligned with industry standards.

Nationwide Developers, LLC employs standardized methods to establish the official purchase date, ensuring fair and accurate application of warranty terms. These methods include:

  1. Serial Number Verification: The device’s serial number is used to validate the purchase and manufacturing timeline.
  2. Sales Invoice Confirmation: The purchase date is determined using the invoice issued by Nationwide Developers, LLC to the customer.

All warranty coverage is subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in the corresponding warranty agreement. Any limitations or exclusions applicable to individual products will be clearly detailed in the product documentation.


WARRANTY DURATION BY PRODUCT

  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber – 5 years parts (excluding filters and O₂ sensors), 1 year labor
  • Whole-Body PBM Chamber – 5 years parts, 1 year labor
  • PBM Full Body Panel with Stand (coming soon) – 5 years parts, 1 year labor
  • Molecular Hydrogen Inhalation Devices (coming soon) – 3 years parts, 1 year labor

Shipping costs are covered by Nationwide Developers, LLC for the first year. After the initial year, all shipping-related expenses shall be borne by the customer.


WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Warranty coverage may be voided under the following circumstances:

  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized disassembly or repair
  • Installation to incompatible power sources
  • Failure to follow maintenance and operational instructions
  • Natural disasters (e.g., lightning, fire, flooding)

Each product type has additional specific exclusions, outlined in detail within the full warranty documentation.


WARRANTY SERVICE OPTIONS

  1. Free After-Service: Applies during the initial warranty period. For products used in unstable environments (e.g., vehicles, boats, aircraft), the free service period is reduced by 50%.
  2. Paid Service: Available after the warranty period or in cases not covered. Charges may include transportation, lodging, labor, and parts. Estimates are provided for approval prior to service.
  3. Exchange Policy: Products found to have manufacturer defects within 7 days of purchase may be exchanged. Beyond 7 days, standard service protocols apply.
  4. Service Limitations:
    • Products damaged beyond repair due to unauthorized modifications or natural disasters may not be serviceable.
    • Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed under these conditions.
  5. Non-Transferability: Warranty benefits are granted solely to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for:

  • Following product usage guidelines
  • Performing regular maintenance as prescribed
  • Providing valid proof of purchase and supporting evidence for warranty claims

The manufacturer and distributor reserve the right to determine claim validity at their sole discretion.

ARBITRATION

All disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved through arbitration, per the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be held in the State of Virginia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


LEGAL AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES

This warranty policy incorporates and adheres to:

  • U.S. Public Law 106-229: Electronic Signatures in Global & National Commerce Act
  • UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Signatures (2001)
  • ECE/TRADE/257: UN Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business
  • European Directive No. 95/46/EEC (as applicable)

Electronic signatures are considered fully valid and enforceable. The phrase:

The phrase “Accepted and agreed without change (an electronic signature is considered valid and accepted as a handwritten signature)” applies to all parties.
