OxyEdge™ Warranty

30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee

At OxyEdge, we believe in the quality and integrity of every product we offer. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you hoped for, we want to make it right.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Simply cover the return shipping, and we’ll process a full refund—no hassle, no stress. A 22% restocking fee may apply.

Please note: Custom hyperbaric chambers and clinic equipment are non-refundable, as each unit is built to order and often features third-party branding that cannot be resold.

OxyEdge™ Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to all OxyEdge™ Hyperbaric Chambers (“Product”) purchased from Hyperbaric Health International or an authorized distributor. It defines warranty coverage, limitations, and the responsibilities of both the purchaser and manufacturer.

1. Coverage by Component Type

OxyEdge™ chambers are engineered to exacting standards. Each primary system component carries its own warranty term from the date of purchase unless the Product has been registered online at the time of delivery. If the Product is not registered, the purchase date will automatically be used as the start date of warranty coverage.

ComponentWarranty PeriodCoverage Details
Steel Chamber Body5 YearsCovers defects in structural integrity, welds, seals, and frame integrity under normal use.
Polycarbonate (PC) Glass / Windows3 YearsCovers cracking, hazing, or delamination under standard environmental conditions.
Oxygen Concentrator3 YearsCovers internal components, sensors, and compressor mechanisms under normal operation.
Air Compressor / Pressurization System3 YearsCovers motors, valves, and regulators; excludes filters and consumables.
Gaskets & Seals1 YearCovers premature failure or deformation under normal use.
Filters (Air & Oxygen)ConsumableExpected replacement every 6 months. Must use OxyEdge™ Certified Filters. Use of non-certified filters voids warranty coverage on related components.

2. Non-Transferable Warranty

This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
If ownership of the chamber is transferred, a transfer inspection fee and registration fee must be paid to Thrivepoint Service, LLC before any remaining warranty coverage can be reassigned. Transfer eligibility is subject to factory inspection, approval, and confirmation that only OxyEdge™ Certified Filters and parts have been used.
