1. General Policy

All new items purchased from Hyperbaric Health are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, unless otherwise specified at the time of sale. This means the purchase price includes all shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and delivery charges to the agreed destination.

2. Exceptions

• Non-DDP Arrangements: If a shipment is not sent DDP, this will be clearly stated on the invoice or sales contract. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery.
• Pre-Owned or Refurbished Items: Free shipping terms may not apply unless explicitly included in the sales agreement.

3. Delivery Timeframes

While delivery times may vary depending on destination and item availability, we strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at checkout or upon order confirmation.

4. Tracking & Confirmation

All shipments include tracking information. Customers will receive a tracking number by email once the item has been dispatched.

5. International Deliveries

For international orders shipped DDP, we handle all customs clearance procedures. Customers are not required to pay any additional charges at the point of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Governmental Tariff Increases

If there is a governmental tariff, tax, customs fee, or import regulation change after the date of sale that directly increases the cost of fulfilling the order, Hyperbaric Health reserves the right to pass on such additional costs to the buyer or modify shipping arrangements accordingly.

7. Force Majeure

Hyperbaric Health shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, port closures, governmental actions, or changes in applicable laws or regulations. In such events, delivery times may be extended or alternative arrangements made without penalty to Hyperbaric Health.

8. Right to Amend Policy

Hyperbaric Health reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time to reflect changes in logistics, regulations, or business practices. Any such changes will be communicated prior to affecting outstanding orders.
