Our Story

Our General Manager, Scott, has always been passionate about life beneath the surface. He started scuba diving at the age of 14, eventually becoming a rescue diver, commercial diver, and master instructor. Over his career, he completed many rescues, saving lives in some of the most challenging conditions. But in his mid-30s, after an immensely rewarding career in the water, Scott felt it was time for a new chapter. He transitioned into the world of telecom and technology, where he successfully built and led several businesses from zero to hero.

Scott's diving background gave him a lasting respect for pressure systems, disciplined procedures, and equipment reliability. He later brought those lessons into telecom and technology, where he built teams and scalable operations.

That combination of field experience and business leadership helped shape Hyperbaric Health: a company committed to practical chamber design, responsible wellness positioning, and better support for commercial operators. Today, the company develops OxyEdge™ equipment from its headquarters in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

Michelle brought years of business experience and a strong customer perspective to the team. Her work helped turn complex equipment information into a clear, approachable experience for new owners.

Today, she remains focused on helping operators understand their options, prepare their teams, and move from equipment selection to launch with confidence.

Dave brings strategic alliances to Hyperbaric Health Int'l. Having worked alongside Scott and multiple affiliated organizations over the years, he has built a reputation for operational excellence, developing high-performing channel partnerships, and creating scalable systems that strengthen every stage of the business.

Known for his ability to build structure, delegate effectively, and keep complex initiatives moving forward, Dave plays a key role in strengthening the operational foundation of Hyperbaric Health Int'l. His disciplined approach helps align engineering, manufacturing, and organizational processes as the company expands its U.S. manufacturing capabilities. Outside the office, Dave enjoys oyster farming and surfing, reflecting the same appreciation for patience, precision, and the outdoors that he brings to his leadership style.
