Wear comfortable cotton clothing. As the chamber pressurizes, you may feel gentle ear fullness — like descending in an airplane. Swallowing or yawning equalizes this easily.

Once at pressure, most people relax. Read, listen to music, meditate, nap. Sessions last 60–90 minutes.

There’s no "right" way to feel after. Some notice changes immediately; for others it’s gradual over weeks.

Ear equalization — easier than you think

Simple techniques: • Swallow or yawn. • Valsalva maneuver — gently pinch nose and blow softly. • Move your jaw side to side.

Pressurization takes about 10 minutes. If you’re congested, skip the session. The chamber will be there when you’re feeling better.

What to wear, bring, and leave behind
