What is OxyEdge OS™?
OxyEdge OS™ is a proprietary smart control system for mild hyperbaric wellness chambers. It replaces basic manufacturer controls with an app-driven platform that gives operators clear command over session timing, pressure, system status, and automated oxygen cycling.
OxyEdge OS™ runs on a dedicated tablet for the hyperbaric chamber, connected via Bluetooth to both the chamber's sensor array and a custom microcontroller that manages oxygen delivery, fan speed, and system safety.

21 Pre-Programmed Session Options
Twenty-one session options across 8 operating categories. Each option automates the timing of oxygen delivery, air breaks, pressure phases, and session completion.
Automated Hyperoxic / Hypoxic Cycling
Each protocol defines a multi-phase session with precisely timed oxygen-on and air-break intervals. The system cycles the oxygen generator on and off automatically — no manual intervention required.
Real-Time Chamber Monitoring
Live sensor data from inside the chamber: pressure (1.3, 1.5, 1.8, 2.0 ATA presets), temperature, oxygen concentration, humidity, cumulative hours, and a session countdown timer.
Smart Safety Systems
Controlled 7-minute depressurization for ear comfort and a fail-safe design that keeps oxygen in chamber at low levels. Automatic O₂ purge above 22.5% is coming soon.
Variable Fan Speed Control (Coming Soon)
Adjustable fan speed (Off / Low / Med / High) for in-chamber comfort, controlled directly from the tablet interface. Coming soon.
Intelligent Compressor Management
Variable-speed compressor control holds target pressure without running at full power continuously. Reduces noise, wear, and energy consumption.

How Session Automation Works
OxyEdge OS™ coordinates the chamber's connected equipment through a defined phase sequence. The operator chooses an option, verifies the settings, and monitors the system from the dedicated tablet.
- Programmed intervals define when the oxygen generator runs and when an air break begins.
- Pressure, temperature, oxygen concentration, humidity, and elapsed time remain visible throughout the session.
- Operators can review the complete phase sequence before starting a session.
- The controller coordinates the oxygen generator, fan, valves, sensors, and session timer.
- A controlled depressurization sequence returns the chamber to surface pressure.
- Saved facility presets support repeatable setup across trained staff and compatible chambers.
